I've served in spa, clinical and private settings for over 29 years as a massage/sports therapist, 10 years as a Bowen therapist and 5 years as health & wellness coach.
My work combines an intuitive, spiritual and anatomical approach to the body. I merge constant continuing education from various bodywork modalities, exercise science, nursing science, faith-based hands-on healing, ancient Chinese and Indian medicines and yoga, as well as sports physiology and kinesiology. Drawing from this amazing palate allows me to craft each session using science and empathy into a wholistic and purely individual experience.
Listening deeply to you and your body's needs is the hallmark of my work.
